1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. The Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer Belt must be unopened for hygiene reasons.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled. Email lindongcobo120@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
